We travelled to this hotel with friends and our 2 teenage sons. Our friends have visited before and were impressed by the standards of this hotel. I have to agree. All the staff were friendly, helpful & extremely efficient. The Thomas Cook animation team were excellent and the guests were treated like friends rather than just another holidaymaker which can so often be the case. The hotel was clean and well maintained and the rooms welcoming with the bedding and towels changed daily - free pool towels were also provided. We chose to take the all inclusive option and have to say the choice and standard of the food and drinks offered was excellent. Beach activites were available at a charge but there were plenty of free activities available at the hotel to occupy young and old alike. The evening entertainment was on the whole, a very high standard, (especially the Tom Jones impersonator from plymouth who was exceptionally talented).
Have to say we all had an excellent time and wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to others. We're definitely looking to visit again next year and hopefully take some more friends with us.
