Just a thirty minute walk will bring you to the centre of Ayia Napa with its numerous facilities and busy night life.

The relaxing setting and warm atmosphere will ensure you a happy and memorable holiday.

Had read mixed reviews about the place but my friend and I had an excellent experience here. The apartment was a large room with a great balcony. Considering we went in the middle of August, it was fairly quiet despite there being a good buzz about the place and a lot of residents. The apartment was cleaned reguarly and sheets/towels changed. We were delighted to find that the kitchen area was well equipped, even with a toaster!
It is situated about 30-45 min walk into town but very close to Nissi Beach and also a gorgeous private beach called Adams Beach. Friendly staff, reasonably priced food in the bar and clean pool and we never had any trouble finding a sun bed! Would definitely recommend!
